In order to provide smooth & hassle-free customer service and ensure your online purchase without any worries, provides our valuable customers an easy and customer friendly return policy which do not bring you unwanted surprises after your purchase from our website. We are always there for you before and after your purchase.
Our "100% Customer satisfaction program” allows for returns and refunds for:
1. Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.
2. Products not as per description/photo on the website.
3. Products which you may not like for quality, color and design related issues.
All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels. Please follow the below given steps to register your dispute within 3 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 3 days of delivery may not be entertained by us.

Return Procedure
You need to raise your return request by sending email to with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 3 days of delivery. We need photos of the damaged/defective/different products received so that our customer support team can check your case and assist you with our return procedure. Please mention your order number in the email.
After we review your return request, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on resolution or return of your item. Please allow our customer support team for at least 3-4 working days to respond to your return request and provide instructions on returning your item.
When you're returning an item that was damaged/ defective, you will be compensated for return courier charges and for other cases you have to bear the courier charges. Kindly pack the return product well when you are returning the product so that it reaches to us in good condition.
We always tries to make our customer happy by providing best quality products at reasonable rates. But still if customer wants to return the product due to unsatisfaction, then we will accept the return & process refunds in term of credit points in Sarihub wallet.

Return Conditions

1) You have 3 Days to decide whether our product is perfect for you or not, If not then your raise your return request query on our above mentioned e-mail ID, so that our return related customer support team will check and assist you with return procedure.
2) No returns shall be accepted for the items which was sold during our promotional offers.
3) No returns shall be accepted for the items which are directly sent back to our warehouse without informing to our customer support team.
4) Items which you want to return must be in unused condition with original packing. Before returning/exchanging the items, please make sure that products are returned with the original tags and packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Refund will only be issued only after through a quality check of the product.
5) We don’t have reverse pickup facility for returning products. So, it is mandatory for customer to self-courier the product at his/her own cost.
NOTE: The original shipping fee & Handling charges are non-refundable.
